This product was relatively inexpensive and quite palatable, but it caused bloating and gas, so I won’t purchase it again. I found that this doesn’t happen when I use whey protein isolate instead.

If you’re looking for a good healthy proties shake for after a workout, this isnt it. It tastes ok, but really…artificial sweeteners? Not good. Try a natural sweetener. Sucralose is destructive to your body after a workout (really…anytime).

I should have purchased the double chocolate. It’s what I thought would come; however, when I rechecked my order, it was obvious I’d made a mistake. I usually lack protein in my diet so it’s nice to know that I can blend this up and supplement my protein without having to eat meat. However, I’ll never make the mistake again of not ordering the double chocolate. There’s a huge difference. I haven’t tried the other flavors yet but I’m thinking strawberry might be a nice change sometime. In the summer, I blend the double chocolate up with mixed frozen berries and it’s like having a smoothie. Yum!
