I recently replaced my KOS shake with this one because it used to take me two scoops of to get 20 g, while this one was 21g per scoop. Another thing that made me change was the fact KOS protein shake sodium level was very high compared to this one.
It tastes better when I add two frozen strawberries and allow it to blend very well. In my experience, it tasted better when I replaced milk with just water. I look forward to buying it again.
