   This dissolved and blended very easily in a shaker cup. The ratio for one serving is one scoop to 6-8 ounces of water. I really like the bold coffee flavor. It has just the right amount of sweet flavor. I took off one star because it has chocolate chips that sink to the bottom. The chips do not fit through a standard straw so you have to use a wider straw (which I do not own). When drinking out of the glass directly, the chips just stayed stuck in the bottom of the glass and I had to scoop them up with a spoon when the liquid was gone. This has 75 mg of caffeine, which is the same amount as one standard cup of coffee. I appreciate that there is no gluten in here despite the title of the product referencing a cookie. This really tastes like mocha: meaning coffee plus chocolate flavor. It contains milk and I like the coffee milky flavor.

   The Complete Roast Chocolate chip Cookie Protein Coffee – is the most delicious combination of coffee chocolate and protein that I’ve ever tasted. It indicates to use almond milk or coconut milk, however I used low-fat milk and it was the most perfect combination of chocolate and coffee. It almost tasted like a dark chocolate and it does have chocolate chips in it. You put it in a shaker and there are no clumps and I could not taste the protein. I love that the product listing photos shows you the ingredients and the nutrition, that way when you’re buying it on bestproteinpowder4women.net you know ahead of time whether this would be right for you. I still attached a couple of photos. It also indicates 30 servings in the title, however I can see this is just an error because they obviously showed you a picture of the packaging that shows 15 servings so it’s not like they’re trying to deceive you or mislead you. It does come with a scooper inside the bag. Each scoop is 75 mg of caffeine. As a comparison if you use K-Cups they range from 75 mg to 150 mg.

   This, “Protein Coffee” in Chocolate Chip Cookie flavor from Complete Nutrition is almost as I expected based on it’s listing here. Upon opening the package the Chocolate aroma is very apparent, however I didn’t notice much of a coffee aroma, I’m assuming the Chocolate overpowers it. The directions call for mixing with almond or coconut milk, however I found that it mixes with water just fine, at least for my tastes. After mixing the powder I found the flavor to be a bit as I expected, a typical chocolate flavor with a bit of coffee flavor in the background. The Supplement Facts reads that each serving is 1 scoop (29.3g) and there are 15 servings per container. Each serving provides 17g of protein, 110 calories, and 75mg of Caffeine. The ingredients are simple and not too numerous. rBGH Free Non-GMO Whey Protein Concentrate is the first listed ingredient, meaning it’s the most predominate. There is a scoop enclosed in the container, however powders tend to settle, so I just weigh out the amount of powder I want. I’ve had no issue mixing this protein powder in a shaker cup. What surprised me the first time I drank this protein drink were the small chocolate chips left at the bottom of the shaker cup. This surprised me, as I didn’t notice them when I first scooped the powder for the protein drink. The chocolate chips stick to the inside of my shaker cup, so they’re not easy to access. It’s rather strange and not something I’ve encountered in a protein powder drink mix before. Overall, this protein powder drink mix is decent. It tastes good, is easy to mix and drink, my stomach handles it fine, and it does have a bit of a caffeine kick to it. I do wonder why actual chocolate chips were included in the powder mix, though. Also, the caffeine content on the front of the package is hinted at by stating, “2 shots espresso equivalent”, though I don’t feel that quite matches up with the included 75mg of caffeine per serving. Made in USA with domestic and international ingredients.

   This powder has 75 mg caffeine per serving and tastes like, well, coffee and whey protein, with a bit of cookies. Tastes similar to sweet iced coffee beverages. I used a blender so had no problems mixing. I used one cup of soy milk to mix and very tasty. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys coffee flavors, whey protein, and caffeine all in one.

   This item came in a large box which I think is a waste however when I tried it it is delicious it tastes like coffee it’s not chalky like other protein shakes. I can definitely see myself drinking this everyday because I don’t eat breakfast but I will drink coffee in the morning with water so this is a great substitute to get my caffeine fix as well as my protein fix it’s not a lot of protein since it’s only 17 g of protein and it’s about two shots of espresso per scoop.

   This is absolutely delicious and great for coffee lovers who like having protein drinks. This is very easy on the stomach and not sweet, just a delicious drink that makes you feel like you are indulging. Has 17g of protein, low in sugar, fat and carbs and very easy to mix up in a shaker bottle. Those added mini chips just make it so much better, but they do tend to settle to the bottom. I really enjoy this one!

   Summary: At first glance I was excited to try this product. I definitely like my coffee cold vs. hot, so an instant mix could be a big win; however, as I read the bestproteinpowder4women.net page about it, there is quite a bit of missing or conflicting information.

   Observations: Being a coffee based product the first thing I wanted to know is what the caffeine content is, but the only description is “2 shots of espresso equivalent”, not XX milligrams, as is the standard, especially for a health supplement such as a pre/post workout. The number of servings is listed as 15 on the package, but 30 on the bestproteinpowder4women.net page. The next bit of odd information is the first ingredient listed is “rBGH Free”, not sure what that is, so I did an internet search and found: recombinant bovine growth hormone (rBGH), which sounds like some thing to avoid, but why is that the first ingredient? Last and final strike, “Manufactured exclusively FOR” Complete Nutrition; however, that does not say who actually made it. Complete Nutrition offers 37 products with 13 being protein related.

   Conclusion: 1-star, not recommended (too much missing or conflicting information).

    This is a pretty good protein powder. The biggest thing to look at with this is its flavor. With a name like Coffee Chocolate Chip Cookie, who wouldn’t want to try that? But, I will say, this doesn’t taste exactly like I’d imagine. To me, it tastes like coffee with a hint of sweet cookie, but burnt. It didn’t quite get the flavor right to me. It tastes good, but not great. Also, it has 15 servings with 17 grams of protein per serving. Many protein powders out there put up stronger numbers than this. To be fair, this protein powder is currently less than $30, but other competitors out there have higher protein numbers. Something interesting with this protein powder is that it has chocolate chips in it. I personally think that this is a bit of a waste. They end up settling to the bottom of your drinking cup, and then if you’re like me, you end up tossing them because you don’t just want a mouthful of wet chocolate chips. Also, keep in mind that this product has about 75mg of caffeine per serving – quite a high amount for a protein drink. Another big point which many people are talking about in the reviews is the missing information. Reading the ingredients part of this protein powder can read as “rBGH free” being the first ingredient, but I actually think it’s saying that “rBGH free, Non GMO Whey Protein Concentrate 80%” is the first ingredient. This should be worded better to not confuse people, but I do believe it’s referring to the whey with each of these descriptors. Overall, it’s a good protein powder with a bit of an odd, but good, taste. It has some information labelling that should be clarified a bit, and I think that the chocolate chips are useless in it. Overall, especially because it’s not clear on some wording, I’ll give it 3/5 stars, as nutrition information is crucially important and should never be misconstrued.

    Mixed with some almond milk and added ice and had a delicious compliment to my chocolate chip muffin. The label on the bag shows approximately 75 MG of caffeine per serving OR “2 shots of espresso equivalent” on the front of the bag. Google says 95 milligrams is typical for one cup of coffee and 190 milligrams is typical for two shots of espresso. So not sure how much caffeine is actually in this. The taste was very nice though and it did mix well in a small blender. The bestproteinpowder4women.net order page shows 30 servings but the bag shows 15 servings so not sure which is right on that either.

    This is a decent lower calorie cold coffee mix for when you want a little pick me up. I think it is nice for that afternoon slump when you want a little something sweet and need something to help hold you over to dinner. The protein and caffeine in this mix helps accomplishes both. Mix comes in resealable bag with scoop. I found it mixed well when shaken. I shake the mix with my added fluid of choice, then add crushed ice and shake again. There are little chocolate chips in the mix, so shake – don’t blend and use a large straw. Mainly tastes like coffee with some chocolate flavor. I did not really get the chocolate chip cookie taste. Great for getting over that afternoon slump. My bag says 15 servings for a 15.5-ounce bag – not 30 as mentioned in item title. Each scoop is 110 calories plus the calories in your added fluid.
