   Wow! I came upon this product by chance when searching for another clean meal replacement product. While I don’t profess to be Paleo or Vegan, I do look for those product types, simply because they offer a better opportunity to be cleaner. I realize this is a relative term, but when I came upon Raw Power – I was quite impressed and happy with the ingredients and options it offered. Everything from smoothies and shakes to muesli and baked goods. I just had to try it! I took advantage of same day shipping and it was delivered that afternoon. I decided to make an overnight muesli recipe with fresh local blueberries and unsweetened almond milk. I left it in the fridge overnight in a lidded mason jar. The next morning after my workout I gave it a shot. Again, wow! Delicious. It reminded me of muesli I tried and enjoyed on a recent trip to Greece (my one and only previous exposure to that breakfast item.) I quickly ordered the Chocolate Brownie flavor (I started with the Coconut Almond) for my upcoming week’s trip to the beach. I’m glad I found this product, and will continue including it in my regimen.

   I am miserably having acne breakouts because I made a mistake and ordered chocolate not thinking that it was going to break me out on top of that it should have been more finely milled because I don’t like having to chew my smoothie it does give you energy I’m not knocking the product but I’m giving it 2 stars because it was expensive and I have to finish it up but I’m breaking out like crazy and my face and I can’t get it to be finely milled even when I blend it in the Magic Bullet it sinks to the bottom and becomes gritty however there are no other options for a vegan or vegetarian as far as protein and this has a lot of great ingredients in it they just need to redo the way they’re sending it out to people it’s too chunky it’s like they threw a bunch of seeds in there with some cocoa powder and sugar and call it a protein meal

   This is a great product. In the past I used whey and pea protein powders but I’m allergic to casein (whey) and don’t care for pea powder’s taste. Body Symphony’s product contains seeds, nuts, etc that not only taste great but provide the right nutritional values for me. I like to stir it into 1/2 cup of coconut cream for breakfast or a late-night snack.

   The taste is good and it seems healthy, but this does not work out well as a shake (for me) which is the reason I bought it. When mixed with almond milk, one of the recommendations, it does not mix completely. The “raw” pieces float and even the chocolate part doesn’t fully integrate with the almond milk. It seems a bit like muesli in milk. The heavy pieces of fruit or nuts settle to the bottom of the glass and are best scooped up with a spoon. I did not use a blender and perhaps that’s why it didn’t blend well. I have not tried any of the food recipes and cannot speak to that, but given the taste perhaps that would be a better use. On the plus side it doesn’t clump like some protein shakes.
