   Not a good value for the money. The package is only half full when you get it. It’s a classic dupe for oversized packaging to make you feel like you’re getting more. For only 15 servings, it’s overpriced in my opinion. It also gets clumpy when you add it to smoothies. I put it in my fruit smoothie in my ninja blender and it didn’t blend well

   I’m really impressed with this product! The back of the package says “the world’s cleanest plant-based protein plus chocolate.” It’s delicious and has 30 servings of 15 g of protein. The price and servings amount are comparable to other proteins on the market with this quality. I wish for the price there was more protein per serving size but I also can’t appreciate the organic sources, the third-party testing, the complete amino acid profile, and more! It blended really well in my blender and the texture is mostly smooth.

   Love that there is a protein powder without dairy or soy. The ingredients in this product are excellent and so happy to have found it. The only catch is the taste. It tastes a little like nesquik at first, but the aftertaste is really earthy. The texture is pretty grainy too, doesn’t dissolve too well. I think I just need to find other ways to drink it. I am sure it will go well with several things, just have to figure out what would mask the taste a little. Regardless, the quality ingredients are worth working around the taste, highly recommend!

   This is an excellent blend of goodness! It is vegan, gluten free, and non GMO. The powder is very light and airy and mixes well in both hot and cold beverages. It has low calories and a healthy blend of pea, almond, chia, pumpkin, and sunflower. Great blend priced a little on the high end.

   This powder can be used for all of the things I need. I made protein pancakes and bc it didn’t have a flavor I was able to dress it up. I’ve used it in my green juice daily. The taste isn’t bad at all. I like how it makes me regular. The only thing is that it says it’s a resealable bag but it wouldn’t close back up so I had to use a zip lock bag.

   We are loving the great quality and flavor of this chocolate protein powder. Being organic, I feel very confident with all of the ingredients and plant protein sources. It blends well into smoothies and doesn’t leave a chalky after taste. I haven’t tried it on its own with water or milk, but blended into our various protein shake recipes, it’s A+. I haven’t noticed any stomach discomfort or digestive issues either. I especially love that the complete package is compostable, leaving no footprint behind, though I wouldn’t mind having a scoop included to make measuring easier. Overall great product!

Customer service was responsive, courteous, and efficient! I received a tracking number and the replacement arrived within a few days. It was packed well and the interior of the packaging was filled with positive affirmations. Nice touch! The protein powder is light and fluffy. I mixed it with plant based milk. It blended well and tasted delicious. I felt satiated! This protein powder curbed my appetite and prevented me from eating quick, processed, unhealthy food. Complement Organic Protein product labeling is clear, transparent, easy to read and understand. This organic protein powder has a clean ingredient profile consisting of 5 plant (nut) proteins, natural flavors, and an enzyme blend. It’s vegan, non-gmo, gluten free, and contains no preservatives or fillers. It’s also versatile and can be incorporated in smoothies, pancakes, muffins, other baked goods or simply added to plant based milk. This was a great overall experience. Customer service was outstanding and the product tasted great and satisfied my appetite. I would purchase in the future and would recommend to others!

    Decent a size bag of protein. It’s a good mixture of vegan ingredients for protein. There’s no scooper in the bag. Three tablespoons per serving, 15g protein. It mixes okay, still a little gritty. The chocolate tastes great. But the bag is pretty flimsy. Not bad, worth checking out.

    Complement Protein Powder contains just five organic and non-GMO ingredients. Nothing else. If you’re vegan and want the very best, versatile protein powder for smoothies, baking, or whatever, this is for you. It has a complete amino acid profile and mixes well into just about anything. The powder has a very mild taste and even though it is mostly pea it doesn’t exhibit its sometimes negative flavor and texture attributes. I mainly use it in my pre-workout smoothies, but it is also great in pancakes and waffles. Complement Protein truly is the cream of the crop. It is 3rd Party tested and contains no heavy metal contaminants found in some untested organic products. It is simply nutritious, whole food that your body can more easily assimilate. There is a small amount of sodium, but it naturally occurring in the other ingredients. I contacted the company for more information and they promptly wrote back with this information: “We produce all of our products in small batches in Northern California. The ingredients are from: Sunflower: Bulgaria Chia: Germany Pumpkin: Eastern Europe Pea: India Almond: Germany” My only sticking point is that this is expensive stuff. Due to that and there being only 15g of protein per serving, it probably won’t be a regular purchase. But with all that goes into producing Complement Protein, I can understand the price point. There are less expensive options, but they are not on the same level as this powder. One last thing to note is that the resealable bag is compostable and there is no plastic scoop, so this company is doing its part for the environment as well. Made in the USA ~ Kort

    I love this protein powder but when I recently ordered more, it arrived open and spilled in the box. It says in order to return you have to contact the company directly. I did but they never answer the phone and only communicate through text. They said they’d send me another one and I still haven’t received it. What a waste of money. After reading reviews, I’m now seeing that many people have had this same experience so order at your own risk. Good product, but may not come sealed and it’s nonreturnable.

    This is unflavored yes, but it does have the natural flavor of the ingredients. The powder reminds me of split pea soup – kinda green and pea smell and taste. The other ingredients can be tasted also, the almond stands out to me. The protein powder is a high end organic / vegan product. It’s very finely ground and mixes OK in cold liquids, but have to coax it a little – it blend quickly in hot liquids / foods. This is an all plant based super food protein that contains the 9 essential amino acids. > Almond 12% / chia seed 6% / pumpkin seed 14% / sunflower seed 11% / yellow pea 57% and NOTHING else. – NO soy – gluten – non GMO I had a serving in a cup of cold milk which wasn’t bad, and stirred in fairly well but it doesn’t fully dissolve in cold liquids, I could feel some fine grit of the powder. It’s suggested to use in smoothies – pancakes – muffins. I’ve not done those yet but I suspect the taste may be some noticeable so I’ll go slow on the amount. > One observation = this seems good for the bowls. My one complain is the zip lock on the bag won’t work no matter how many times I try. So I’ll need to find an air proof container. The bag is biodegradable and can be added to compost if you please.

    This plant based protein powder is composed of ONLY five ingredients: Yellow Pea (57%), Pumpkin Seed (14%), Almond (12%), Sunflower Seed (11%), Chia Seed (6%). Interestingly, I use/consume each of these components. So, of course, I’m happy and eager to use this protein powder. There is one issue, though. They state that the product is certified organic. I would have liked to see the USDA Organic certification badge, but it’s not there. In fact, I couldn’t find any official body that certifies the organic feature. The label also notes that it’s 3rd Party Tested. While they don’t identify the Lab, the fact that they are Prop 65 Compliant instills some comfort and confidence in the quality of the product. (Prop 65 is a California standards level that is extremely strict with very minimal allowance of impurities/heavy metals, toxic agents.) There is practically no scent/taste to this powder, which makes it ideal to add to smoothies or in baking recipes. I added this to a cinnamon raisin bread recipe to boost the nutritional aspect. Just need to add a bit more liquid to compensate for the added powder. (I use a breadmaking machine, which makes baking bread very easy.). Right now, we’re waiting for it to cool down. (I did sneak and cut off a piece. It tastes as great as ever, without any odd, different flavors. You couldn’t tell that plant protein powder was added, nor that the bread was now healthier.) A 22.5g serving has only 85 calories, with 15 grams of protein. I already use the various components of this protein powder, so naturally I appreciate this protein powder. And being expressly vegan, the significant other gives it her seal of approval. However, $60 for slightly less than 24 ounces seems a bit steep. But, these are exceptional ingredients. I might be less leery of the cost if it was USDA Organic. Based on these initial impressions and considerations, it earns a 4.5+ star rating, with a high level recommendation.

    After I tore off the top of the bag, I noticed that the interior zipper feature was only attached on one side. Thus, I have to get another container to store the chocolate protein powder in. This chocolate powder taste just like other protein powders that I have had, the benefit here is that it is plant based. It did mix in smoothly with my cereal, no clumping. It was also able to be mixed smoothly into a liquid drink, without needing a blender. It does not give you a recommended amount, because it says everybody is unique. After drinking it, I have felt better the rest of the day.

    I absolutely love this protein powder because it’s 100% plant based and has no additives. The taste is not chalky like other protein powders I’ve tried and it tastes amazing when I mix it with fruits and plant based milks to make smoothies. I also don’t feel bloated after taking it. I recently received a package that had a hole at the bottom of the bag and even though this product cannot be returned, bestproteinpowder4women.net CS gave me a full refund. I’m really happy they were able to help me because this product is not cheap but so worth every penny! @Complement, your packaging could use some improvement as the bag seems to rip pretty easily with the bestproteinpowder4women.net packaging.

    I’m primarily on a plant-based diet and as a result I often try to supplement my protein needs with protein powders. I do prefer a pea protein over a whey as it’s a bit easier on the kidneys although I like both. I have friends whose preference is just the opposite as they find pea protein to be on the gritty side. This particular protein’s first ingredient is a yellow pea protein. There are a full 15 grams of protein per serving, around a third of what many people need in a day. I added some of this to my cereal, an easy way to mix it. I don’t do smoothies so can’t say if this will mix well but I suspect it will do so easily enough. The protein comes in a Kraft-like bag, but it didn’t reseal well. There’s just over a pound of protein: 23.81 ounces (675 grams). When I opened up the protein powder there was no powder clumping. There’s no USDA Organic certification, but rather the Scientific Certification Systems (SCS) one. I’ve used a lot of protein powders and although I like the mix of proteins, I feel this protein powder is way overpriced. Comparatively, I have A 1.66-pound canister of Amazing Grass Organic Protein Blend (USDA certified organic) that’s less than half the price at under $25. It also has a similar mix of unusual proteins and tastes / blends better.
