Suggested by a friend of mine for my easily bruising skin. I tried taking this supplement for three days, it dissolved well in my coffee even gave it a great mocha flavor. I had a bit of a reaction on the first day, slight upset stomach, thought it was normal reaction to introducing something new. Second day same reaction, not real bad but it was there. Third day an hour or two after taking it, I had a very upset stomach. Could not eat anything much for the next three days. I survived on plain oatmeal and water and there were times I wasn’t sure that would stay put. Was told it was the bovine I reacted to, I just tried marine collagen with the same reaction this one only took 2 days. I guess I’m just not supposed to ingest collagen, will deal with my bruises. Never ever again.

After using this brand for a while, I saw another brand with more servings for about the same price and ordered it instead. WHAT A MISTAKE! The other Brand does not taste very good (as hot chocolate). Lesson learned. Code-Age Chocolate is delicious. I add it to my protein shakes… Mainly to a peanut butter one to make it taste like a Reeses cup and the hot chocolate taste great too.

This was a fantastic product that tasted like hot chocolate until they just changed the packaging and the formula and it is TASTELESS. Yes the chocolate powder that dissolved so well and was a perfect balance of mild sweetness is now like drinking water even with a heaping scoop. Why did codeage ruin a good thing? So frustrating. I used to recommend it to everyone. Buy with caution as all these positive reviews for the chocolate powder are before they totally changed it. Since it tastes like nothing there are better and cheaper alternatives.

This is by far my favorite collagen product! Not only does it taste great, and I can conveniently add it to coffee, smoothies, and my hot cereals, it’s also given me amazing results! I have tried a handful of products. This one is high in Collagen Peptides and that’s s plus. The flavor is great. Blends great. I add to my coffee w/ a little heavy cream. I have had 6 back surgeries and pain meds are just part of my life. I’ve always had constipation issues. I have noticed that if I take this every day I’m fairly regular. Soon as I don’t take it I’m constipated again. It helps me digestion feel natural if that makes sense. I have tried both this product and the Bean Envy, Perfect Keto & few others. The only downfall w/ this product is the price. I wish they would drop the price to be more competitive w/ the other top brands. That being said it’s worth buying.

I liked this the first time, adding it to my smoothies or coffee in the mornings, with the great taste and rich consistency. Just one scoop filled me up with my morning coffee. In other words, it satisfied my hunger. A little bit went a long way, as it really thickened my morning brew.
But the second time I purchased it, I found the taste to be lacking, and the powder just dissolved into nothing in my coffee, as if the formula has been diluted and voided of flavor. I have had to use 2-3x the amount for the same amount of taste and consistency. The stated ingredients, packaging, and scoop has remained the same, but the product inside has not. I wonder if the ingredients are accurate, but the difference in taste and consistency has changed so much, I have become doubtful.
Does this product do as it claims? I’ve used it for over a month, and I am taking it to prevent bone loss as I age. My skin, joint pain, and connective tissues haven’t really improved. I have only seen slight weight gain from this product, which is disheartening, but perhaps this is due to the claimed “boosted muscle mass” from taking this supplement.
