This protein powder is pretty good. The ingredients are simple and clean and it has a decent amount of protein for a kid. Generally speaking I don’t think most kids need supplements if they are eating pretty balanced meals, but this is great for those days when we are on the go all day and just need a quick smoothie for a snack or something. My only complaint is the taste, my kids like it, so I only removed one star, but it was way too sweet for me.

As a busy Mom always on the go I drink protein powders and realized that there had to be something similar available for my kids. Then I found POWKids and liked that it was formulated by a doctor as well as another Mom! I bought the Passionberry because the boys are not big chocolate lovers. My 2 year old likes anything and loves it but my 7 year old is very picky and I had to water it down for him so it was not as strong. Overall I like that the dose ranges by age and that I can water it down as I need. This has been a new addition to our afternoon snacks!
