The taste is not that bad but it leave a sandy residual in your mouth and throat that almost shocked me the first time I tried to eat it. The powder never get completely dissolve and the consistency is totally disgusting. I throw the hole container in the trash can.

Both the chicken and tomato flavors are not very palatable. The whey taste is overpowering. I found mixing the chicken in chicken broth and the tomato with tomato soup are much easier to take.

Everyone is saying the Chicken Soup flavor is gross. Well, y’all need to mix it with warm Imagine chicken broth folks! It is a game change! If you are on a pre-op liquid diet, and sick of the sweet tasting protein shakes, this is like liquid gold to your empty tummy. So soothing! And tastes just like good chicken soup. Just make sure the broth is warm and you stir well to get it all disolved. It takes a few minutes. And it makes all the difference with the Imagine. Not all chicken broths are created equal and Imagine tastes the best! Try it. You won’t regret it! Just don’t make the mistake of putting the warm mixture in your blender – it will blow the top off! Yes, I learned from experience! :O 😀

This product does nit dissolve well no matter how I tried to do it, I always got clumps of protein powder, it was gross. I threw it away before I’d finished it. I tried blending, letting it sit, whisking, blending some more, hot water and cold water, warm mil or cold mile and even chicken broth. I couldn’t get it to blend no matter what I tried.
