   Product: Cage-Free Egg White Protein Powder, Made in USA from Humanely-Raised Cage-Free Eggs, Only 1 Ingredient, Dried Egg Whites (Unflavored, 10.5 Oz) Rustic Nutrition’s Cage-Free Egg White Protein Powder is a quality product sourced and produced in the US in an FDA-registered, GMP-compliant facility under high-level food safety procedures (SQF Level 3). The product, egg whites is in a container with a tamper-evident seal. The egg white protein I received had a “use by” date of 9/03/2025…approximately a year away. This egg white product has a bland taste, and I’ve been mixing it with milk, resulting in a bland, but not unpleasant taste. The only problem I’ve had is that the powder clumps up. It requires considerable stirring to dissolve it. A protein shaker or other device such as a whisk would work better. Egg white protein is an excellent source of protein and this product is one product to consider acquiring if one is looking for high-quality protein.

   Is a white protein powder has no flavor so it’s easy to drink or add the different meals instead of eggs I can always take this powder for egg white. It makes it into my protein shake so that I can get my protein content in. This is a great way to get that added protein. It dissolves easily and has no taste.

   A little Expensive, But That’s Eggs These Days… Although, looking at the price history, the price point hasn’t changed in the last 6 months. If you’ve ever used egg white powder before, this is pretty much the same as all the others, but It is sourced from USA farmed eggs, and only one ingredient – no fillers or additives.

   I’ve used powdered egg white for decades as an ingredient for special cookie frostings, and it works beautifully for that. I’ve not tried to use it for, say, an egg white omelet, and honestly, as pricey as this is, I will save it for cooking and baking purposes! We all know what eggs are costing in the store right now–I paid around $6 per dozen for eggs today, and a couple from Minnesota were there shopping too, saying they had paid $12/dozen at home! So yes, it will be handy to keep this on hand, and at $2.50 per serving, it will not be used for omelets!

   Very frustrated. While it looks like the seals are intact, the lid can open and both packages are open. I cannot get a refund.
