I tried the Green Grass . It was bitter as compared to the other brand which I was using earlier . I had to mix it in moderation in my smoothie . I had reduced my blood sugar levels during the first week of consumption . However it came back to the regular level later on. I am currently consuming it only twice a week during late evening.

I love this stuff: I love the taste, texture and how it works. I use this (the chocolate and berry flavors) almost every day, and have done so for well over six months now. I’ve found it mixes easily – probably because I use a power mixer – and actually tastes good – UNLIKE Perfect Food brand superfood which tastes and smells like eating rotten grass (IMHO). This Greens Blend superfood actually smells and tastes good. The best part – and I realize this is a family channel so I’ll try and keep this clean – is the effect regular use of the greens blend on the “plumbing”. I’ve found that regular use of this particular superfood – Amazing Greens Blend – keeps everything running smoothly without prompting any crazy reactions. Other brands of superfood – particularly the Perfect Food brand – have gummed up the works, at least for me. Not so with Amazing Grass Greens Blend – all of the benefits, none of the digestive downsides.
