   Edit: 05/28/2024: last several orders I have placed have had the correct product arrive! Thank you! Rating is updated to 5-stars now as I have always liked the the stuff and my issue was with getting the right product for a while there. Product is just fine. Stars are for order picking/packing/QC fail. Repeatedly. I really like the Energy Collagen Dark Chocolate Protein! Makes for great bulletproof coffee mix in the morning. My problem is that whomever keeps putting my order together just keeps sending me the Vanilla Creamer. Product isn’t allowed to be returned either. Corrections just keep sending me more creamer. Out of the last 4 attempts to order I have received 1 of what I actually ordered.

   I have ordered this before and loved it. This time there is no flavor. Seems like the product was labeled wrong as this has no taste (in fact it tastes like cardboard) let alone taste like dark chocolate as it has in the past. Very disappointed especially because this is very expensive and I can not return it. I would be appreciated if a new one would be sent or at least a discount on my next order, otherwise I will not order again. Thank You

   This is so gross, if I use a full scoop or small amount it gets weird soap bubbles, tastes like soap and has a slimy residue on the mug. And no it’s not residual soap. I’ve tried it several times and rinsed out the mugs well.

    I like the results but I’m not a fan of the flavor. Tried this because my normal Unflavored powder was out of stock. I knew I wouldn’t like the chocolate so I decided to try the vanilla. It’s somewhat tolerable. I added to my coffee every morning. this would be five stars if they had an unflavored choice.
