This is a delicious way to add protein to your diet without adding carbohydrates and sugar. I work as a cardiac nurse and we can get pretty busy at work with limited time to eat. Bringing this along is a quick way to get some protein without the added carbs. Eating a lot of carbs make me feel bloated and uncomfortable so for me, the isolate is the way to go. It mixes very well and there is no aftertaste. It’s only mixed in 6 oz of water so it can be consumed quickly and back to work I go. I’ve bought this several times and it’s helped a lot.

I’ve been using syntha 6 for probably 10 years or near that. Love it. Low carbs for the flavor. It says it’s not a meal replacement but if you do intermittent or one meal a day this is a great replacement for me. Solid food makes me crave more food. This makes me feel full and good till supper.

As compared with the delicious Edge variety, these isolates are certainly healthier. Less like all bad stuff but a little more protein. Overall, if I’m feeling healthy I’ll use the isolate. But don’t believe for a sec that this’ll taste better than the Edge.

Huge fan of peanut butter and chocolate. I have to say this flavor has a horrible after taste for some reason. Unfortunately I have this large tub that I just received and will have to drink it all. Their other flavors such as birthday cake are very tasty I also ordered cookie dough which will come in today. Like their products,but this flavor should be reviewed
