   I was a little hesitant on the flavor, and the reviews of it being too sweet, but I loved it! What I loved the most is that it dissolves so much better than other BCAA’s I’ve tried. I still used a blender bottle to make sure it all mixed, but it isn’t gritty at all. I prefer to add a little more water, and ice to make it extra cold. I drink it post workout, and it definitely helps with less muscle soreness after. Great substitute when I’m in the mood for a sugary drink, too.

    One of the best tasting bcaa blends I have tried. I honestly don’t know if there is any way to know for sure if using bcaa’s has any affect or if it’s a placebo but it makes me feel as though it’s working giving me extra energy and less sore the following day which is all that really matters. I have tried many before and this one is very enjoyable but the one suggestion I can give is use more than the 8oz of water the directions recommend. I usually put a scoop in a water bottle with 16oz as this can be quite sweet tasting if you do not add the extra water. Overall I like this and have already reordered a second one. Fruit punch is the only flavor I have tried so far and it’s great.

    I purchased this in the Fruit Punch flavor and I love it! Its pretty sweet so I do add more water than it suggests. I am not a hard core weight lifter and have recently been seeing a personal trainer. So after a few days of being so sore I could barely walk I decided to give this a try. I use this now after every session with my trainer. I am no longer sore! I still have a bit of soreness but its not so bad that I can’t sit down on the toilet after leg day (haha) I can’t wait to try this product in different flavors. This is a great product for anyone who is working out regularly or even just starting (like me!)

    The product itself is a good product, having used it for about a year now along with a pre workout mix. The issue here is that the product upon delivery was so damaged that it cannot be used. It looks like the container was smashed open inside the bestproteinpowder4women.net package. I’ve tried to find a way to contact the company ref. a refund or replacement item but only seem to wind up at the same prompt stating returns are not accepted. Pretty disappointed because I’m basically having to throw away $25.00…
