The Bowmar Nutrition Protein powder is fine and has a pretty decent taste. It also mixes well in my coffee. The problem I have with the bag I received on April 23, 2024 is the fact that the expiration date on the bag is April of 2023 so it expired a year ago! PLEASE DO NOT send another bag that has a usage date that has expired!! I feel that the expiration date should be at least a year in advance from the date it is received

I felt I might need more protein in my Keto diet so tried this, which was recommended and endorsed by a sports nutrition expert on YouTube. I just couldn’t take the taste – very bad too-sweet/artificial lingering aftertaste as well. I tried mixing it with both water and unsweetened almond milk, but I couldn’t escape that bad taste. It was much too sweet, in particular, so I tried using less of the product, but that didn’t help either. It was quite expensive, but I had to throw it away.
