My all time favorite protein powder/flavor. I hate their weird taste I get from a lot of other flavors. Other brands have also upset my stomach, and this one does not.
This is delicious, just like cinnamon cereal milk. It’s quite sweet so when I drink it, I double the liquid otherwise it’s almost too sweet for me. It mixes well in a shaker bottle, doesn’t clump up. It also does well with baking/cooking… have used it for making protein cookies and even adding to my oatmeal.
If you have a sweet tooth and don’t like to taste the actual protein in your protein powder, I would recommend giving this a try.
