   I loved the regular Bio Trust but it had 7 grams of carbs and that was always a little too much for my blood sugar levels being a type 1 diabetic. Now Bio Trust has made a new product with only 2 grams of carbs and I had my first shake today and it was SO amazing and SO totally delicious and filling ! Bio Trust has EXCELLENT ingredients and the flavor is so natural and wonderful !! Absolutely no weird taste or after taste whatsoever ! It was like my mom made me this drink from scratch !! So FANTASTIC and VERY LOW CARBS that I will be buying MORE today !! Totally AWESOME and so far the BEST tasting protein powder hands down !! YUM !

   This protein powder is expensive and I was pleased to find it at a slight discount. But the Best By date is over a month before I received it. It tastes ok but it should not have been sold with no warning.

   I love the fact they have a low carb protein. I make a smoothie every morning adding my collagen and mixed frozen fruits. The flavor is just ok but I love the fact that I can get a good start on daily protein and other necessary vitamins. 20 GRAMS

   the amount of steviol glycosides aka stevia and sweeteners, which is third on the ingredient list is ridiculous! it is so much that you cannot even taste the cupcake, let alone a good vanilla taste. I’ve had lots of protein powders over the years and this one beats them all in the worse tasting protein powder category…this was the first that i could not take more than two sips, the rest got dumped down the drain. i even made it with more liquid than stated. i used 8oz of unsweetened milkadamia milk and 10oz of water with 2.5 scoops (2 scoops per 8oz is a serving) , so 18oz of liquid and it still was undrinkable…pretty bad, i suppose if you love stevia, you may be okay with this one.. price seems high for a lb and 2oz worth that makes 20 – 8oz servings…but, i actually pay on average 3.33 per meal shake when buying a bulk bag or 4.28 when buying single packs of keto chow so this is actually cheaper per shake BUT, with the keto chow, a serving is 14-16oz per shake, not just 8oz and it includes vitamins/minerals… **product states it’s made in a facility that also process eggs, shellfish, fish, tree nuts, peanuts wheat and soy….SO although bag states product is gluten & soy free, it clearly may not always be guaranteed given the disclaimer!!

   This is one of the most delicious drinks I’ve ever tasted, let alone protein shakes. It’s creamy and chocolatey goodness that you want to keep drinking. It’s miraculous that they don’t have ANY sugar in here. They use “Swerve” which I had never heard of before but it’s mainly erythritol (sugar alcohol), which may cause digestive issues. I did not have any adverse effects though I may be affected by erythritol in general. The keto ice creams that I’ve tried with erythritol in them faintly taste like there’s alcohol in them. This BioTRUST protein shake doesn’t taste like that at all. It really tastes like melted chocolate ice cream. Besides that, there isn’t much in the way of nutrition besides the whey protein. No vitamins or good fat. Add this to some whole milk for the kids and they’re in Heaven though! This is a treat you can trust.

    BioTRUST nailed it on these products! Tastes just like Vanilla Cupcake and the Chocolate is INTENSE chocolate!! I do two scoops before bed or 4 scoops as a meal replacement. The best part of using it as a meal replacement is I do not feel sluggish after drinking my shake. At only 100 calories and 20g of protein, this is a HUGE win for my diet! I would not hesitate to try it!

    I pump iron and supplement my protein intake with powders. I’ve tried a few and prefer whey protein for its completeness, ease of mixing, digestibility, and generally good flavor and texture. Of the ones I’ve had, BioTRUST ranks near the top for flavor. If you’ve had packets of hot chocolate, then you have an idea what to expect, only with a smoother, creamier texture when just mixed with water. It isn’t the easiest to mix as there always seem to be little bits of it floating around unless it is blended, but they are not crunchy or dry so don’t bother me. BioTRUST is thicker than other whey isolates I’ve tried so feel free to add a bit more water. What does bother me is the saltiness of it. One 2-scoop serving 140mg (6% RDA) of sodium. You can especially taste it when you lick dry powder off your fingers. It could be less I think. What is good is the trace amounts of fat and carbs. There are practically none so in that sense it can be considered guilt-free at 100 calories a pop. I also like for the other things it doesn’t have like rBHG, GMO, soy & gluten, and so on. Price-wise it is midrange for a decent grass-fed whey protein, but for 2.4 lbs. total it is still steep. I’ll get it again, but I’ll wait until it goes on sale. ~ Kort

    I try to mix this product in my coffee..well it doesn’t mix well at all..and I try to get my money back that didn’t go well…not worth purchasing…wasted my money‼️‼️😭
