   I learned about this product from nursing home staff that were caring for my mom. They used it daily and because her protein intake was low – she just couldn’t eat enough – they supplemented it with this. It helped her SO much. I add it to my oatmeal – not the best application as adding it to heat causes protein to congeal. It is better to add it to yoghurt or juice.    I recently had bariatric surgery (the sleeve) and needed a way to fit in more protein. These have zero flavor, which means that they can be easily mixed into a wide variety of dishes. I used these with mashed potatoes and chicken broth for the first two weeks after surgery. Helped out a lot.

   I think that they mix pretty well into foods. I didn’t try them with anything that was pure liquid, though, so I can’t speak to that.
