Overall, no issues. Mix as well, no off taste, and seems to be in line with dosage and price point for other like glutamine supplements. I was hard to comment on the effectiveness of supplements, but seems to work just fine.

The glutamine is plain with zero fillers, and it’s a reasonable dose of 5g, so I like this. The company appears to be a household name as most large retailers seem to carry the product. BUT….I checked the NSF listings, and I couldn’t find the company to verify their manufacturing process claims. So, I am only giving 3 Stars for quality and transparency. These things do matter with a supplement.
