I’m not trying to loose weight, really the opposite, I’m trying to put on a few pounds and didn’t really pay much attention to the details other then it’s a Good source of protein, and a flavor to mix in water etc
I do have a sensitive stomach though, and this mix works well as far as getting protein, it dissolves easily. It tastes good thankfully . It’s not a weak taste like some it actually does have a nice flavor.
Price seems kinda high compared to some other Whey protein products you can get Larger amounts for around same price or bit more.

So I’m trying to be better about eating healthier and working out more. The biggest issue for me is protein intake because my diet just doesn’t have a lot of protein. Obviously there’s protein shakes and powder but everyone knows it doesn’t taste that great. This is a great supplement on the side because it honestly just taste like a sweet drink rather than pure protein. Easiest like 16g of protein in my life

The berry flavor tastes good and it’s a nice change from my usual chocolate protein shake.
Unfortunately the protein content (about 15g) per serving is not very high and this is kind of just a refreshment, not a main source of protein. I’d need to take two servings as a post-workout and at this price point, it’s very hard to justify replacing or even supplementing my current protein sources with this drink.
