This has a great taste. I love that this protein powder is a whey protein isolate which makes it reduced carb due to removing some of the lactose. As a Keto-er, my only criticism is that it’s too sweet for my particular palate. I think they could back off on the sweetener a tad. Mixes very easily in water. Worked well in recipes too. I made a keto cake with it, turned out great. The Chocolate Peanut Butter Puff is great too, I like it better than the Cinna Crunch.

This is hands down by far the best protein powder any type of gym goer can get. 0 grams of sugar, low in carbs, all types of necessary ingredients to help your body recover and build muscle and of course 25 grams of protein. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the price got jacked up to $44 when it was at about $32-35 and now it’s $44 for only 30 scoops which isn’t horrendous but def less than what you would bargain for. Nonetheless, I can’t see myself switching to another protein ever again.
