   I have noticed that I have less hairfall in the first two weeks since I have been on this product which is why I purchased it originally. Also, since I an 50, I am taking it to prevent facial wrinkles and improve nail strength. I love this product because I am able to take it in a smoothie or with my flax meal in water. It is virtually tasteless, and mixes quite well, only slightly lumpy if just stirring it by hand in water. It incorporates well with other powders like wheatgrass, flax, protein powder etc. I love this stuff and I know it is the best form of collagen on the market! Thanks for making this Aspen!

   While the product is pretty much tasteless, the powder just does not dissolve. Its clumpy and lumpy no matter how hard I stir. I shouldnt have to fight this stuff just to drink it. It should be easy- stir and get on with my day. And the powder is actually sticky if you get it on your fingers so i have to wash my hands…. Weird. The hassle of it is definitley a deterent from ordering this brand again. Thought I’d try it since it was much more reasonably priced than the Vital Nutrients one I’d been using, and i liked the way they sourced their product. Well, now its sitting in my cupboard… guess I’m gonna be forking over the extra dough and gooing back to my original brand. Frustrating.

   I did not rate on the pain area because I only started taking this powder this morning. I mixed it in my hot coffee with added creamer, one shot of mocha syrup, and a dash of cinnamon. At first I saw clumps then they started to dissipate as the time went by. It does alter the taste of my coffee just a little bit but, certainly worth it if you don’t have to swallow a whole bunch of pills. Also, I opted for this brand because I’m a pescatarian and don’t want any animal products in my food or anything that I use. I’m a strong advocate for furry animals.

   I personally RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT !!!, .. I started with “Bovine Collagen Peptides”, I choosed the best in it’s class, it had a a very low price compared with Aspen, very good product, good price and benefits, BUT it’s taste was A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!, it’s bovine skin taste couldn’t be covered with anything at all, THIS PRODUCT “Marine Collagen Peptides from ASPEN” It doesn’t have any taste at all, and mix very well in hot liquids (you better shake it to mix it well), I have mixed in hot milk, water and chocolate, and It mix very well ! I have 2 months taking it and I have seen that skin from my face is softer that before. It’s not an inexpensive product but its reliable to achive better skin health. I will buy again the same product.

   Fantastic product! I now have added the marine collagen to the Aspen Naturals pork and Beef collagen. There is no fish taste or smell and this collagen, when bloomed, does not thicken as much as the others so there is no need to add hot water to dissolve, which makes it great for adding to protein shakes. As an executive chef who is 48 I spend very long days on my feet. I also walk to work (three miles round trip). I started having hip and joint pain but between adding collagen to my daily routine it is almost totally gone. (I also walk with a 35lb weighted back pack). Additionally I have moderate to severe psoriasis. Since starting collagen suplimentation, without any medication I have notice significant improvement in my patches and zero new spots. Overall skin improvements are also starting to show as well. I can’t say enough positive things about this company or its products!

   I have been using the marine collagen for a few weeks now. I was using the bovine previously. It is more expensive but well worth it. It dissolves fairly easily (with some stirring) in warm liquids. I put it in warm water and it barely has a taste, which is not fishy, so it’s easy to take. I’ve noticed more improvement with my nails being stronger immediately compared to the bovine. Also, I lose less hair when combing it and both my skin and hair are looking softer and more supple. It has a good re seal-closure on the bag, it is nice and tight, as the collagen is quite powdery and fine. Overall it is a great product for the price, so happy to have found this product.
