- HIGH-QUALITY PROTEIN: Egg white protein is considered a high-quality protein, as it contains all essential amino acids in the right proportions. This makes it a complete protein source, which is important for muscle building and repair.
- BIOAVAILABILITY: The protein in egg whites is highly bioavailable, meaning that the body can easily absorb and utilize it efficiently. This is crucial for maximizing the benefits of protein intake.
- LOW IN FAT & CARBS: Egg white protein is naturally low in fat and carbohydrates. For those looking to increase protein intake without adding extra fat or carbohydrates to their diet, egg white protein can be a good choice.
- LACTOSE-FREE: Unlike whey protein, which is derived from milk, egg white protein is lactose-free. This makes it suitable for individuals who are lactose intolerant or have difficulty digesting dairy products.
- LOW IN CALORIES: Egg white protein is relatively low in calories compared to some other protein sources, making it a suitable option for those who are managing their calorie intake while still prioritizing protein consumption.
- ALLERGEN-FRIENDLY: While some individuals may have egg allergies, egg white protein is generally well-tolerated by many people and is a suitable alternative for those who are allergic to dairy or soy.
- VERSATILITY: Egg white protein powder can be easily incorporated into a variety of recipes, including smoothies, baked goods, and savory dishes. Its neutral flavor makes it adaptable to different culinary preferences.

It’s definitely not the best tasting protein drink out there, but it isn’t bad. It seems to have the same nutrition as any other general protein drink like whey protein ones. Just like all other protein shakes and drinks if you don’t drink it fast enough you’ll have to mix it again or else it will settle. It does mix rather quickly and I’d even say better than other drinks. Overall, the quality is just fine and the chocolate taste is a bit on the mild side but it’s not bad

I’m amazed at the amount of protien in this! I could get all my daily required protien in just 2 drinks. This is great for supplimenting my protien on days that I don’t eat meat or days I hit the weights.
It’s very good tasting too, like chocolate milk, and it dissolves very easily with room temperature water. Overall I’m impressed, sometimes getting enough protien feels like a chore, but with this it’s so easy. I’d imagine this’d be GREAT for picky kids to get their daily protien in!
So far I’m absolutely loving this, and truly impressed with the amount of protien in each packet, and with the taste. Whey has a weird taste I don’t like, this doesn’t, it’s just pure chocolatey goodness.

These are great single serving packets I can take the to gym and I love it has very few ingredients egg whites cane sugar. I do not love the taste – it tastes gross to be honest but it’s drinkable. I love how there is very little sugar in it even though it has can sugar (I think that’s the problem with the taste – they tried to make it low sugar and it tastes like it). High protein ration – healthy and convenient and I’ve drank worse.

I’m currently on my second version of whey chocolate protein, so I thought I’d try egg white protein out. I was pleased to find the two products to be generally comparable. Both have nutrition advantages. I like that the egg white protein is easier on the stomach, though I don’t have problems with whey in that regard. Both have the same calorie count (120) per serving. Whey offers 30 servings, while egg only provides 12. So whey wins the price factor by far. I don’t particularly like the white egg mix aftertaste, though I love the whey taste. So, all things considered, I’ll stick with whey.

First time trying egg white powder as a protein source. I am trying to avoid dairy so egg white protein has been a very nice addition to my pantry. I use it to make a breakfast muffin or to make homemade cookies. Haven’t tried to drink it straight, but the “egg” taste is pretty mild overall. Would recommend

I wanted to love this but the flavor was not great. We might try again with some strawberry milk or something!

I tried mixing this with milk and it never really blended into anything drinkable. I can’t say that the taste was palatable in the least bit.
It is quite expensive when compared to a ready to drink protein shake. I tried one of these and gave the rest away and went back to my usual protein drink.
