The vanilla tastes delicious but definitely get starters of each flavor before buying this large of an amount. The value for the cost goes a long way and procaps occasionally does sales on the meal replacement shakes. I love this product because not only does it have enough protein, but so many other good vitamins and minerals. These sustained me after an oral surgery, through grief when I barely wanted to eat, through phases of lack of appetite or time to eat healthy. The powder smells great and the texture blends phenomenally with a blender/shaker bottle. Anytime I run out and wait a few months to order, there is a noticeably positive difference when I reincorporate these shakes back in to my diet. I’ve used milk, various milk alternatives, and just water over the years and truly suggest you know your preference. I used to like adding my favorite sweetener to them for flavor and collagen peptides amd/or matcha as well. There are a lot of meal replacement shake brands on the market but I’m grateful my family found Andrew Lessman’s products so long ago and they have stood the trial of time! Nothing else cheaper has been able to match the quality of these shakes in my opinion.
