The taste is great! The caffeine is appropriate. I have had other pre-workouts that provide better focus. Honestly I feel like RedCon1Total War is the best for focus. I tend to crash in that brand of pre-workout so I decided to try this brand. I actually really like Nuclear Armageddon much better than Maniac. I wanted to try a more intense option for heavy compound days. I prefer to just increase the dosage of the Nuclear Armageddon for more intense results. I think the L-Citrulline Malate, Nitrosigine, Beta Alajine and and Betaine Anyhydrous are the best parts of the pre-workout anyways. Caffeine is just a catalyst. The Maniac workout hits my gut too hard. Glad I tried it though.

I have tried many different pre workouts and I’ve never liked them. This stuff taste good, keeps you focused and doesn’t give you a crazy tingle in your body. It stills gives you a bit in your fingers but it’s not like the rest. I usually only take about 1/4 scoop. But I use too fo a full one and I didn’t mind.

This pre-workout gave me intense stomach ache and diarrhea. There must be an Ingredient I am sensitive to. Tastes good which is why I gave two stars. But here I am out of $50 for product I had to throw away. Their other pre-workout works better. Very disappointing.
