   Just awful. The taste is awful, even after multiple attempts with low fat milk, almond milk and water.. not good. I suppose it does its job by making you feel full. For me it sent me to the bathroom within 10 mins of consuming. Glad I was near one. Too expensive for all this.. not for me.

   The product itself is fine, however it’s shipped through bestproteinpowder4women.net. These thin cardboard tubes need more protection that an unlined paper bag for shipping. Both containers were crushed to the point of losing the powder. And there’s a no refund or return policy.

   The product itself is meant to keep you full, which it does. I ordered several times. The only con is Serious constipation…I had to stop drinking it because even with psyllium husk I was uncomfortable. It’s a little expensive but if you’re going long hours without eating, want to lose weight by cutting calories, or are traveling it’s not a bad purchase. I have since discontinued use of the product.

   The original Almased works very well, but if you aren’t crazy about the taste, give this vanilla almond flavor a try. It tastes much, much better, especially if you’re mixing it with water.

   Unsure if it helped, but just couldn’t handle the taste. It was hard to drink it. Drank it with water, mixed with protein, nothing could mask the flavor. Not for me.

    Very inconsistent with how the product arrives. Outside packaging looks as expected, but product should not arrive partially opened inside. Product itself when safe to consume is great.
