1st day i made it all the way to dinner on just the shakes, by evening I was very shakey, agitated, and starving with a bad headache. I ate a small meal and felt a little better, figure try again tomorrow and it take it easy.. ease into the calorie deficit. I only have about 10 lbs I wanna lose, im not overweight just trying to shed some baby weight. 2nd day literally woke up with a headache and felt nauseous. Was okay after the shake, had a small salad and the shake with lunch because i was feeling like i had to eat my body wasnt doing well without food. I realize now this isnt healthy and the reason you lose weigt is because youre starving your body. I will try to use it as a meal replacement here and there but i do not plan on doing the fasting diet any longer, no beuno!

Tastes terrible to me unless I add peanut butter powder and a banana with it to make a smoothie. I will use it up because of the cost but I won’t buy it again.

Shipping was bad… this is not the first time I’ve received it open and all over the place. Once it was out in a shipping bag with a note… I have been able to get a replacement before, but the site won’t let me do a return or replace for the product. Very unfortunate. I won’t be buying from here again. A huge waste of the pricey powder. Most of the powder came out of the box as 2 were almost empty. It was in its own box inside a larger box that had a granite chemical that also leaked all over getting the powder box super wet, so I can’t just use the powder from the box it was in. The powder on the other hand I have used before and I love it! So if you want something that works or to use as a meal replacement to get your calories down it’s perfect! It doesn’t taste very good, but I drink it all at once and it works. I would get it from a local store vs having it shipped.

So far, I have no problem with eating nothing and just drinking the 3 shakes for the initial phase of this diet. My only complaint is the taste. I have seen a lot of reviews that say they enjoy the taste. However, no matter what I add to it, it has a strong powdered skim milk taste. I have tried making it with cold coffee instead of water, and that helps a little, but the milk powder flavor still overwhelms the other flavorings. I bought the almond vanilla flavor. I need to lose the weight, so I am willy to put up with the unpleasant flavor.
