Just didn’t feel this product didn’t work for me. I about to set but it taste good when you mix it with juice or whatever you like, but I used it for a month and a half but I did not see any weight loss) was very upsetting for me to know I didn’t lose anything in my waistline but I didn’t feel any different. I will not be buying this product at all I was very disappointed. This product did not work for me.

I bought for detox and it is great for that, but don’t expect to lose 20lbs overnight. The taste is nothing, simply add some vanilla, banana or choc. (extract). I recommend almond milk with this.

This product works. Others have said and they’re absolutely correct. This product is the worst Tasting, reminds me of baby formula, But for now the results seem to be worth it. Be prepared if you Drink as recommended for me two cans lasted Five days, 2 Drinks a day. Still not bad considering I did not buy or eat any food other than the Almased. If you have the will power I highly recommend this diet.
