   Who likes banana nut bread? 👍🏻. Follow my recipe and you will not be able to wait for your next shake, PROMISE‼️. Mix these first: 1/4 c non sweetened apple sauce, 1 full tsp nonfat Greek yogurt (I use Fage’), shake of cinnamon, 1 full tsp of banana extract (to taste, add bit more if desired), 1 tsp coconut oil (I melt the hard one in microwave for a few seconds), 1 heaping tsp of ground flax seeds (great for digestion plus more), 1 heaping tsp of chia seeds (awesome stuff for us, plus filler), I also add a scoop of Vega Protein powder (Carmel toffee) and 6-8 TBLS of Almased (6 for thinner, 8 for thicker) mix all first, then I add about a cup of crushed ice and mix in my Ninja till no ice noise (1-2 min) then…pour into see through tall glass or your shaker….now here’s what makes it superb! Take 1 pkt of Stevia (or the like) and mix it with a heaping tsp of cinnamon and sprinkle on top‼️. Yes‼️. Yum yum, you can thank me later..wink wink. As a p/t bartender, I have a knack to make drinks taste better and until I can have one of those, I had to modify this and share for those who said they couldn’t tolerate taste. 😁 Oh, I used the vanilla almond Almased btw. Also…so I know you’re prob thinking I sabotaged myself with all those add ins? (I was a bit worried myself!) But I’m happy to report (and yes, I followed with discipline to the tee! 2-3 shakes n broth only daily), I weighed in 7 lbs lighter after my 1st week‼️. Woohoo‼️. Will add update after 2nd week! I knew it worked because 2 friends lost major weight in less than 2 months‼️ (35 lbs and 56 lbs!). I found the less you have to lose the slower it comes off, so don’t get discouraged! Have willpower! Keep busy! Drink it MY way 🙂 and you will be pleased with the results! ❤️

Almased to me is a great base and then it is important to customize the flavor to your liking to keep the diet interesting and sticking to it.    Almased is a great product for weight loss without hunger. One shake in the morning, then lunch and dinner for the first three days. I lost 4 pounds. Then I added in a dinner to the two-shake days, of meat and vegees. I lost 11 pounds in two weeks. It tastes kinda nutty and even better when made with almond or coconut milk. I also added some almond flavoring and two packets of Stevia. I wasn’t hungry and I drank a lot of water. Occasional V-8’s.
