The casein mixes so well that I use it exclusively for my overnight oats. It has a much creamier texture than whey protein. The flavour is great, and it is a good amount for the cost. I like that the scoop snaps in the top of the container so I don’t have to keep digging around for it. I will get this again when I need more.

I recently purchased this product and after I completed the order I read the reviews. many of them referred to bad taste, chalky consistency, and I wondered if I had made a bad choice.
Product arrived and I mixed my first dose with 8 oz of skim milk, ran it in the blender for 30-45 seconds, and prepared for the worst . Boy what a surprise, taste is great. Closest thing I can compare it to is a melted Wendy’s Frosty. Next time I mixed it I add some crushed ice before blending, even better.
I imagine that many of the negative reviews simply did not mix it in a blender.

I don’t like casein for its texture, but I still have it for the muscle building benefits. This casein is almost the same texture as whey!! Love it! Perfect for my evening proats 😋

Im sure its great as far as the protein goes however. Good lord does this taste like bland tums and chalk. Worste tasting powder ever. No chocolate overtones. Just really rough. That said if you like the taste of bcaa’s straight mixed with calcium powder this stuff is for you! Also note you may be here stirring for a good 30 minutes to get this stuff to mix. So its kinda like a post workout workout / pre bedtime workout… so maybe my arms needed that?

This is my bedtime/overnight protein powder choice. You probably already know since you’re looking at Casein protein powder, but it’s slower absorption than Whey protein so having a mixer cup of this with milk keeps my protein up while I sleep. Mixes well and is tasty.
