   Been in the fitness industry for years now and can confidently say this is the best bang for your buck. Clean ingredients. Taste is alright by itself. It’s not a delicious milkshake, but it’s not sewer water either. Don’t be a pansy about it if you’re drinking without additives. The exclusion of all of the other junk you see in other proteins is worth it. Adding vanilla almond milk and powdered PB makes for a light refreshing drink. 65 grams of protein straight to the with that drink without bloating. You can’t beat it.

   This is the best protein powder I have ever found. It is unflavored and has one ingredient. So you don’t have to worry about any processed or unhealthy ingredients snuck in under a different name or by using mixes or complexes. It mixes very easily and there are no clumps because it’s just whey. I love that the two medium size scoops contain 60 grams of protein. This fits into my lifestyle and meal planning perfectly. The taste is that of plain whey. So if you find yourself needing something to mix with try full sweet almond milk or if you want it to taste like a regular protein shake but without all the extra trash in it, try Silk Dark Chocolate Almond milk. It mixes extremely well, keeps the calories low, has no unhealthy ingredients in it, and knocks the taste out of the park!!

   I found Seth Spartan protein almost by accident, read the reviews and despite some negative comments decided to try it. Glad I did. Great product and a great price. Essentially flavorless. Mixed with milk it tastes like milk (go figure). Can drink it that way or pour on a bowl of high fiber/high protein cereal which adds 30 grams of protein to it. I like to mix it with HumaPro protein powder (one scoop each with water). Nice flavor and total of 55 grams of protein. If you’re looking to increase protein intake without adding fat and calories to achieve lean muscle gains, this is my choice.

   Been using this product for a while now because it was good protein portion and good value. One bag arrived with a cut in it, leaking powder into shipping box. And the last two bags I’ve gotten are not mixing correctly. They remain clumpy even after vigorous mixing. Not sure if it’s a bad batch or what. But the fact that there is zero support or contact is not helpful. Will not order again.

   1 ingredient, nice neutral taste, fresh, and the best price for 5#s. The bag is very resealable. Before opening, I held it by the top and shook any powder down from the seal. Once opened I was careful not to get powder in the seal, which was easy as it opens wide and I was lucky to find the scoop towards the top. In resealing, at the last part pushing it slowly down to get most the air out then finishing the seal. Great product, great price, and now that I’m hooked I hope they continue making this and at an affordable price.
