I started using Optimum Nutrition Micronized Creatine about 6 months ago largely based on positive experiences with their other products. Excellent price and the results are as expected. I’ve used several other brands of creatine over the years. Usually with the same positive results and side effects (you don’t really want to know…).
My only complaint is even though it is “micronized” there is sometimes graininess in that last swallow, so it’s not all dissolving.
