   Great product. Doesn’t have that grainy feel to it. Starts to work right away. Really good recovery tool. Tastes great. Do not blend this stuff. Mix in a cup with a spoon. Dont pour it into a water bottle.

   amazing stuff , not gunna lie i bought some tablets before and they didnt seem to make any difference , i then bought some BSN cellmass , then looked at this for a new way to get everything i need , i have a half gallon BSN jug i drink 2 a day i put 2-3 scoops in each jug my recovery time and endurance have gone up so much , i do alot of circuit training and its made so much different , put it this way i use to train 1-2 hours a day and be knackered now i train 4 hours a day and right now i feel great dont feel slugish or tired , ” also , irrelevent ive lost 1.3 stone in 2 weeks and this has been a huge factor , i drink it as a normal drink now i have a 1 half gallon jug during training topped up with abit of water then i just drink this normally like squash or anything and it tastes sooooo nice , ” i will be buying 3 more tubs on friday when i get paid ” like i said i use about 4=5 scoops a day

   I like this. I’ve tried quite a lot of different amino acid shakes but lots I’ve only tried once and not again. This one I’ve bought more of. I like the taste and don’t find it too overbearing or strong tasting. I often take a double scoop which makes it more intense, but still easy to drink. I use it as an intra workout drink and it suits me fine. I find I rarely get low on energy if I use this one. There’s zero sugar in it and not too much extra ingredients after the BCAAs. When you first mix it with water, it needs a good shake and after that it’s fine. The 70 servings lasts me a good few weeks and I’m a pretty heavy gym user though I do cycle my workout drinks. Although the taste can be subjective, and you might have to try a few flavours to find one you really like, I feel it’s one of the better ones and I’d recommend this.

    I like the taste and the fact that its stimulant free. It dissolves easily and helps me drink more water during my workouts. Only issue for me is the blue razz has Blue 1 and a couple flavors contain Red 40. Just use Beet powder instead. I don’t want or need artificial colors in anything I consume. I would like to see companies stop putting these synthetic dyes into products. I’d change my review to 5 stars if BSN removed the artificial colors.
