   Leanfit could really stand to talk up their flavor. This one is reminiscent of another protein mix that I’ve had and they called it vanilla waffle cone or something to that extent but that’s what this tastes like. It’s delicious and a great source of protein (25g). It also has more fat (1.5g saturated) than sugar (1g) which is great. The sweetener they use–stevia– is perhaps the healthiest as it is all natural. If you can avoid the funky aftertaste, it’s perfect and they seem to have done that well. This is no meal replacement. The only other essential mineral is calcium, so it’s not a complete package, but it’s a great source of protein and you’re not going to have a problem taking one of these ever day. Comes with great safety and a scooper with not too much space in the large container.

   I bought the vanilla flavor of this protein powder and was pleasantly surprised—it tastes really good, smooth and not overly sweet. It mixes well with both water and milk, and I actually enjoy drinking it after workouts. One small issue: I only discovered the scoop buried inside the powder after I’d already used about half the container! It would’ve been helpful if it were placed on top or mentioned clearly on the packaging. Aside from that, I’m happy with the product. It delivers on flavor and mixability—just be ready to dig a little for the scoop.

   For whater reason, the nutrtion label as shown on the product page for this protein powder doesn’t match up with the label on the actual product. Mainly the serving size is slightly larger on the actual product, which is what likely what leads to all the other aspects of it’s contents being slightly increased. As for the powder itself, I was pretty surprised with how good it tasted. It manages to not have any strange off taste like many other products and mixes well enough with milk or water. It doesn’t turn out too sweet and the vanilla flavor isn’t overpowering. I’m sure though that for some the flavor might not be strong enough. Was just right to me though. The list of added nutrients isn’t as thorough as some other products might contain, but it seems to have the most pertinent ones. The price for this one versus other brand though might be a bit too high really. Those things aside though, this is overall a pretty good powder.

   I’ve tried two vanilla protein powders now, both stevia sweetened, and the first one had a horrible chemical/pharmaceutical taste. This one does not! It’s not a very strong flavor of vanilla though, so I add some vanilla extract to my shakes. Blends very well and doesn’t stick too much to the cup sides.

    I drink my proteins with milk, this one seems to dissolve better then the average brands. I tend to use an electric mixer, just for testing this LEANFIT brand, I switched back to a shaker. In 8 – 10 ounces of warm milk it dissolves well. With cold milk, it foams and it stays foamy for a few minutes, just like most other whey proteins. Flavor is good, I really like this in cold milk. Definitely above average for my taste. With warm milk, I think I taste the sweetener too much. I checked the packaging of my previous proteins, all have Stevia extract in it, so this seems to be the same no sugar but sweetened protein. Attached a picture about the ingredients, interesting that it is not listed among the details on bestproteinpowder4women.net. All in all this seems to be a quality protein after the first few shakes consumed. Most probably I will be still influenced by the price, most brands tend to fluctuate and have seasonal discounts, so I will check the price of the alternatives the next time I run out of protein. I do not need a perfect protein, I only need one with a good price-value ratio.

    I have tried a lot – dozens, of whey proteins. For many of them, there isn’t much to differentiate their product from others and I think this is one of them. The macros are fine – 25g of protein and low carbs thanks to the use of stevia. I mixed mine with 2 ice cubes in my shaker bottle and it mixed fine – wasn’t clumpy. The taste is good too – not too sweet that I couldn’t use during my workout. One thing I do like is how they added enzymes to help in digestion – you don’t see that very often and is a nice touch. When products like this, whey protein mixes, are so ubiquitous, I base my review on value or price. This is where this isn’t that great of a deal coming in at close to $35 for less than 2lbs. Other than the price not being that great, this is a totally fine whey.

    Just received my protein powder and am drinking it now. The powder blended quickly and is very creamy and smooth. The vanilla is quite tasty, mixed it with my Greek yogurt and fruit. The low calories and minimal ingredients is definitely a bonus! This will be my main protein powder purchase . I highly recommend it!

    Bought this for my football player to bulk up, but he doesn’t like the taste. I think it’s fine, but I have my own diet powder to drink… and he prefers that one. {sigh} Anyway, it seems to provide plenty of protein, but if the taste isn’t appealing, it’s hard to get the protein in the body.

    The thing you want in a whey protein powder is something that mixes easily with either milk, or milk substitutes or whatever you’re mixing it inside of. With this powder, you can even bake with it to add a bit of extra nutrition to your foods. It’s nice vanilla flavor lends itself to lots of options when cooking and baking. I also like that this is a lower calorie protein powder You receive a large container for a good price so this is also a great cost value in my opinion.
