   My personal opinions: They both taste very well and are not over powering in flavor. I always get vanilla because I don’t like too sweet of a taste. This also allows me to add any flavor I want. I add a serving of yogurt to the one scoop of protein in a regular shaker bottle and they both mix very well. I use water and not milk. I like them both. I have attached photos so you can compare and assist in your purchasing decisions. I hope this review helps.

    First I have to say that the customer service was awesome. They first sent me only 1 of the 2 proteins I ordered, then I contacted them and they immeadiately sent me the other one. Thanks for that, Targetzone! Now with the powder itself… It tastes good at the beginning, then a second after you swallow it you feel a kinda bitter taste, although this is not something that would stop me from consuming it. If you try it out with milk, you won’t feel that bitterness. One of the things that motivated me to try this one out was the 70 serving size, which I think the highest in the market so far; I just hope it ends up being true…

    It’s whey protein *concentrate* AND isolate combined. This is better, imo, than isolate which tends to have too much sweetness to it and is more clumpy and harder to blend… I mostly don’t like sucralose but allow it in this product only bc it’s so good. I always get the vanilla.. Mix with orange juice.. It’s like an orange Julius.. Perfect for adding a little flax seed to it.. Delicious. It’s my fave. I’ve ordered it repeatedly. It’s honestly the highest quality protein powder available on bestproteinpowder4women.net. Better than gold standard which I know is wildly popular. I just don’t like it. This is good *because* it uses both concentrate and isolate which I suspect contributes also to the higher price along with “whey flation”… Check the ingredients. You want concentrate if you know what flavor you’re looking for. Not isolate.

    I purchase my cookie and cream MP Combat protein at local costco for a little better price but also very convenient when i do grocery shopping. I been through three 5 lbs cans and still love it. I have no problem digesting it and it mixes great with water. One of the best ways i found to use my protein is to do a shake (banana, apple, spinach, pineapple and mango). Super good shake with most vitamins and acids you need after workout. I will continue to buy this protein cuz i like gainZz

    The package says “easy to mix”. That is totally false. The package says mix a scoop into cold water. See the photo for the result, a sludge of curdled protein powder floating in the cup which will not dissolve properly no matter what one tries. I have bought plenty of protein powders and I have never had this problem before. Drinking it is about as pleasant as drinking curdled milk. I am not prone to complain about a product but this stuff is way below acceptable.

    I purchased the MP cookies ‘n cream one after I tasted it from my friend and tasted fine, placed the order along with EAS Vanilla flavor and waited forever until I recieved them, the EAS was Ok, but this MP nearly toxicated me and it doesnt even taste fine, it tastes horrible and even caused me reaction to my taste buds, am not allergic to lactose or other materials but this causes me redness of face, itching, terrible stomach pain and literraly about to sufficate. I would never recommend as I still have it in my kitchen just to remember this bad incident, I recommend you pay extra couple of dollars and get the ON which is more stable I believe.

    This protein powder mixes fairly well in a shaker bottle. I have had a few clumps left over an a few occasions, but overall it mixes well. I had to try this brand because I was looking for a good go-to vanilla protein and this got great reviews. An important aspect of a protein powder for me is taste. I was looking for a fairly neutral vanilla flavor because I’m not the type to crave something sweet after a workout. Muscle Pharm’s Vanilla flavor gets 4/5 stars. It’s fairly sweet, a little sweeter than I’d like for a vanilla flavor despite only having 1 gram of sugar per serving. The flavor is easy to adjust by adding different amounts of water however. You can stick with the recommended amount of water or water it down to take some of the sweetness away. This is leaning a little more toward a vanilla ice cream flavor and I think a vanilla should be fairly neutral, especially if you wanted to mix it in with a smoothie.
    If you like your vanilla flavor on the sweeter side, this is a great protein to try. And at 25 grams of protein per scoop, taking this after a workout will leave you satisfied. This was a great deal for a five pound tub.

    This banana flavor is the worst I’ve ever tasted, after mixing and drinking it, it’s like 50% of it is foam and that tastes never leave. I would normally buy the vanilla flavor but I want to try it because anything in banana is normally good. Wish there were some way I could get my money back or and exchange for the vanilla 😩.

    I’m comparing this directly to Optimum Nutrition gold standard 100% whey. The ingredients and nutrition facts are identical, even having the same serving size in grams. This product tastes different, not worse, but I don’t like it as much as Optimum. The biggest problem is which dose is correct?!?! The green scoop is from MP (this product) and the clear scoop is from Optimum. Who’s lying to me?

    The first time I ordered the Chocolate Milk flavor through this vendor I received Cappuccino instead – it tasted okay, but mixed perfectly! My second time ordering I received what I asked for, Chocolate Milk flavor; it tastes like the milk left over after you finished eating a bowl of Coco Puffs (YUM!), but dissolves terribly. Please review your formula for this one! I first thought maybe it was a batch issue until I read all of the one star reviews associated with this particular item and noticed that they spanned across a few years. I will remain a faithful MusclePharm client due to your price of goods sold+taste of product+overall results, but I will not be going back to this flavor again and I advise all others reading this review to do the same. Try Cookies & Cream, a delicious MP classic that has yet to disappoint!
