   Multiple small rips all over the bag and scrape marks like it was throwing down stairs before going in the box. The inside of the box has chocolate powder all over inside of it in the bag is not airtight from the little holes and rips where the protein powder has been coming out.

   The product seems generally good and has a good price but I’d say avoid the vanilla ice cream taste. Has a chemical taste to it and reminds me of toothpaste but not in a good way. Hard to swallow. Will use up mine mixed with other powders but not reorder it.

   Haven’t seen much muscle growth or definition since using this protein. Taste is good, but doesn’t mix super well with water. Maybe a different flavor would mix better for more consistency use.

   i liked how big the bag was & the flavor was good overall it taste like strawberry milk . i have rarely used it to the fact that it doesn’t mix well , 1 scoop is fine and mixes ok but if you try to put 2 in there it’s grainy and clumpy which sucks if you’re on the go i’ve had to blend it every time when i do 2+ scoops i’m not sure if it’s the batch i received or if it’s just like this overall i don’t remember any of the reviews mentioning anything about it being grainy . i waited too long and can no longer return it sadly .

    Seems like a decent product, and taste good. At least the cookies and cream. It mixes well also. Tastes a little sweet seems like it has a lot of sugar but maybe it’s naturally occurring. I hope they’re not actually adding any. It would be interesting to see an independent lab analysis.

    Used for protein shakes – cookies and cream is a good flavor to use with milk and it combines well in a shaker cup – perfect for getting lots of protein in and tastes good
