   This was interesting to try. First, I didn’t have a shaker bottle as recommended. I simply intended to reuse an empty water bottle. This was not ideal for the main reason of how difficult it was to try to pour the contents from a relatively large pack into the small opening of the bottle. I lost quite a bit of product in this attempt and learned from my mistake to not try a water bottle like that again. Anyway, after getting as much of the powder that I could into the bottle, I simply added water and returned the cap so I could give it a good shake. Now initially I wasn’t very impressed with what I saw as far as dissovle-ability goes. I still saw quite a lot of clumps that didn’t seem receptive to my shaking attempts. Finally I decided to let it be and put it in the fridge. To my surprise, when I returned later everything was completely dissolved! I have it one more shake and tried it. The consistency was different. It was like thick water. I was happy there was no graininess or anything. The taste was pretty decent. I was happy it wasn’t overly sweet. The lemon flavor was enjoyable. I think these are a great way to easily include some extra protein into your day.

   This powder mixes great and tastes great and has a huge amount of protein, 20g, for such a small package of isolate. The packets come in a box with a perforated section so you can just rip off the top like it’s a store display. The box is much larger than it needs to be to fit the 10 packets, and the packets are also significantly larger than they need to be. Maybe that contributes to the significant cost – that’s the only complaint I have, these are four bucks per serving. The packet is really convenient and great protein to if it’s worth the convenience to you, maybe that’s not an issue. I’ve also had the watermelon flavor of this product and I’d say the same about that one – mixes well and tastes great, but it’s a tad expensive so I reduced a star for that.

   I like this protein. The lemon flavor is really nice and crisp with a good mix between sweet and tartness. There is a slightly weird “eggy” flavor to it. (That’s the closest to the way I can describe it.) Still, it’s very mild and not enough to put me off of the flavor overall. Like other clear proteins, this is foamy and also harder to mix. I need to use a shaker ball and then let it settle, but again, nothing more than that. Just understand this this would not be a good “put it in a cup and stir” kind of thing. On the other hand, this is 83% protein by calories. Clear protein is great for that, and so the packets are deceivingly small. Another great feature is the individually wrapped packets. This is probably not a daily use thing, but packets are great for the office or *air travel.* For air travel in the US, you need sealed packets or you get stopped by TSA. (Ask me how I know.) Now I always travel with packets, and these fit the bill nicely. The packets are very sturdy plastic too, so there will be no unexpected surprises when unpacking. So, tastes really good and mixes well with a shaker and ball. Individual packets. 5-stars.

   Most of my protein drinks are thicker this was a new product for me. Easy to consume it did break down with cold water well but I was not a fan of the taste, even with 32 ounces of water. With that said it did fill me up, and help give me energy to keep my diet on track just not a fan of the taste.

   Super convenient packets and a decent flavor. A little difficult to mix in your standard disposable bottle but if you have a blender bottle this just makes it more travel friendly

    After reading the reviews of how this powder foams and clumps, I mixed the protein powder with 8 ounces of hot water using a whisk. Most of it dissolved easily. I then added ice to cool it down. Next I poured the cooled down mixture through a small strainer (removing the remaining clumps) into a 24 ounce bottle and drank it. I know it sounds like a lot of work just to drink this protein, but it was well worth it because the drink was so refreshing. I look forward to trying the lemon flavor.
