After having bariatric surgery, this was my first protein drink I had after two weeks of clear liquids. To me the chocolate flavor has a hint of coconut but that might be in my head. First sip I kept checking the container to confirm if it was indeed on my plan because I couldn’t believe something so yummy was allowed lol! It’s thick, creamy and delicious. Ready to drink containers are more expensive but muscle milk is one of the better priced options. Hands down my favorite and I have tried a lot. Don’t fool with perfection.

These are very addicting chocolate drinks, of course they have a very slight artificial taste because they lack sugar but the smooth chocolate taste hides it perfectly, always feel satisfied after drinking one and they are for a good price for what you get tbh, i just wish i could find these in bigger cartons because the ones it comes with are so smallish, but i usually offset that by geting 2 cases at a time

I drink and order both chocolate and vanilla creme. The vanilla can sometimes feel gritty and leave an aftertaste but bearable and good to have as variety. Chocolate tastes great… You won’t be able to tell it is sugar free, the flavor is rich but not too sweet, it tastes like a chocolate shake. Great for morning meal replacement and post workout protein boost.
Price is amazing compared to other premixed brands. Shelf Stable. And despite having “milk proteins” seems to have no effect on my Lactose Intolerance.
You won’t be disappointed with Muscle Milk and will be pleased by the value, convenience of ready to go containers with 25gm of protein and the great taste.

The price is better than anywhere I could find around my area. Also, I am small and trying to build more muscle and this works great for protein right after my workout, then I eat a regular meal about an hour later. Plus a smoothie. This should not be considered an actual meal in any way if you are looking to benefit from added proteins. It is filling but not so much that you don’t want a dinner ( or lunch/breakfast ) depending on when you work out. I always have mine super cold. Warm is NOT good!! LOL! Not in any way, don’t even try it! I would recommend to anyone who is looking to get more than 50 -75 grams of protein a day. This is an automatic 25 grams, to me, that is a huge benefit and keeps from having to search for even more food with high protein besides the standard meat products. which I do eat, but how much chicken and steak can a person eat in a day?!!

I generally dislike protein powder and got into the habit of treating it like medicine. Water + protein now chug. I tried MM out and surprisingly enjoyed the flavor. One serving also had about as much protein as my nasty mixtures. The local prices for MM were way too high though but when I found it here on the Zon for LESS money than in store and LESS money / serving than even my powdered stuff I had to buy.
