I purchased the green apple version of this and liked it. Decided to buy this. It is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I can’t return or exchange it so to help the next person out, save your money.

I couldn’t handle the taste or texture.

Just half a serving of this stuff in 16 oz of actual ginger ale with an added tablespoon sweetened ginger syrup is barely tolerable to drink. First time ginger ale ever made me MORE nauseous than I was before I drink it. It was almost okay in a gingerbread mug cake, but it’s not exactly practical to make and eat a mug cake every day just to get some collagen protein.

It’s gross. If you are into collagen protein I guess this is good for you? We won’t be buying it again.

As a dialysis patient I have the need for increased protein intake. This product is easily consumed from a shot glass either straight up (like sipping honey) or in a larger glass mixed with a few ounces of water. The taste can best be described as a mild ginger citrus flavor. Other protein drinks rely on milk and or soy products making them unpalatable for me as well as containing too much phosphorus or potassium. I have consumed the product straight and mixed with water. Either way works. As of late l have simply taken it straight from a shot glass. I highly recommend this product if for no other reasons than controlling your phosphorus and potassium.

For my husband to get more protein

We won’t get ginger ale again. Peach seems the least offensive. I mix it with the miralax , which is sweeter. In mango oj, its a protein-pooper, drink it cold and fast like a shooter.
