   The more I’ve worked out and tried to improve my nutritional habits and knowledge, the more important simple basic things that really work have become to me. This product does not come in a flashy neon package with all kinds of artificial sweeteners and colors. It just plain works. If you don’t have the discipline to eat a couple dozen egg whites a day, you’ll need to supplement if you lift. I use SFH whey for my fast burn post workout protein, but for the slower burn any-time-of-day protein it doesn’t get much better than this.

   Egg and milk protein are a great combination and best tolerated by my own personal metabolism. I was excited to find this product on bestproteinpowder4women.net. I noticed the batch I was shipped was one year old. Communication with the manufacturer stated the product is good up to 12 months and then there is a 3% drop off in efficiency. You are rolling the dice on receiving a bag of “JUST PROTEIN “ that does not pack the punch you have paid for. Might be better off shopping around for a company that is more transparent.

   At last I found the perfect protein for me. Nothing on the market compares to this one (even the ones from Beverly International and NSP Nutrition). And I tried a lot of brands during my 25+ love affair with bodybuilding. The best bodybuilding ingredients: milk and eggs. No b….t, no crap fillers, no artificial sweeteners, no fancy package. Easily mixes in a shaker: just add cold whole raw milk and couple of tablespoons of double thick raw cream (always take your protein with facts), a drop of raw honey, shake, sit down, sip slowly and enjoy! I found it accidentally by recommendation from Laree and Dave Draper when i was looking for a quality protein without sucralose or other sweeteners. It is a rare case indeed when a business owner (Dave Draper sells his own “Bomber Blend”) recommends its competitor to a potential customer – kudos to Draper for that!

   This is one of the few powders on the market that’s exactly what it says on the tin — just egg/milk isolate with no added supplements or BS. It mixes extremely well with just a spoon into a glass of milk — no clumping or stubborn dry spots, unlike pretty much all the whey powders on the market. The only downside is that it’s beyond tasteless — it tastes (and feels) like the slop they eat in the real world in The Matrix. To some this might be a feature — it makes a great neutral base for a fruit smoothie — but those looking for a one-stop-shop powder should look elsewhere.
