This might be a great supplement for some, but I don’t notice any differences in the way I feel. At least I don’t think so. On the other hand my knee osteo could be a little better. Is it as a result of this or the result of something else I am taking? Hard to tell, so if I stop taking it and it gets worse I may be proving a point. It is working. Would like to know this.
