   It never fails to help me reset and get back on track with healthy, clean eating. The taste is not bad in my opinion. But I also mix the shake with half oat milk and coconut milk along with 1/2 cup berries to enhance the flavor. I don’t have issues with lumpiness because I shake & press the bag before putting it in the blender to take care of any issues with settlement. After 2 weeks of this cleanse, I feel better, I look better, my clothes are looser and my overall wellbeing is greatly improved. Thank you for making such a fantastic product!!!

   I’ve never eaten something so gross, willingly. The description says “pleasant tasting”. Not even close! It smells like a combination of throw up and rotten meat. Because it was so expensive, I keep choking it down. I’m 4 days in, and I’m not sure I’m going to last through the whole 14. I’m going to try my best, though.

   No idea on the efficacy of the actual product, so I’m really hoping it’s doing something good.
   If you haven’t hit the purchase button yet, I strongly recommend you do not do it! I eat pretty much anything, but every “shake” makes me gag and nearly throw up.

   Doing it in the Ninja is awful. So foamy you have to get down twice as much. Mixing it leaves chunks you end up having to swallow down. The best I’ve found so far is a ball shaker. Someone else recommended that. You end up with some foam and some chunks, so it’s like a devil’s compromise.

   So far so good. Ive had headaches but that’s the no caffeine for me. I followed the idea on how to blend the powder from another review. She said make into a paste and was spot. This was recommended by my holistic doctor which he uses as well. I needed to detox since I’ve never done one and I’m 45 😬

   Works well, lost weight 16 lbs, shakes taste okay you do need a shakers cup to keep from clumping up and shake half of the powder at first then the rest

   I always use the 21 day cleanse but ordered this due to it being out of stock. I’m not sure what went wrong
   with their powder for this brand but its one of the most foul tasting shakes ive ever tried drinking. The powder
   clumps up and does not dissolve very well and even smells very unpleasant. Save your money on this one!
   I hope I can get my money back.
