   These collagen packets are so convenient and easy to use! I have been on a collagen boosting regimen for a couple of years. I think it is the best way to keep my skin young and youthful looking. I was interested in this collagen that does not need water. Let me tell you I am constantly mixing up and making collagen smoothies. These Marine collagen packets are sort of like pixie sticks. You can just tear off the end and pour it into your mouth! It is a little tart but tastes good and dissolves fast. The Marine collagen has super small molecules for fast absorbency. I feel it is working great for me. My skin is soft, supple and looks great.

   Very skeptical. I purchased this because I read a study about the efficacy of low-molecular weight collagen peptides. How are you supposed to take this? I have just received the package, and the instructions don’t specify how to take it. Should you put it under your tongue? Should you empty it in your mouth and then swallow? I did empty it in my mouth but it was hard to swallow and I had to drink water.

   Upon arrival, I noticed that these have a sticker translating the product to English. I am going to hope it is accurate. I did use these anyways but it wasn’t enjoyable. These have a weird taste that I didn’t care for. I would just chug the water I put them in. They are easy to use and convenient for travel.

   I really like the convience of these packets. I usually put collagen powder in my coffee in the morning. When traveling, its not that convenient to measure out the powder to bring with me… as then I have a baggie with unmarked offwhite powder in it… not the best thing to put in one’s luggage. With these sticks, I can bring sealed one serving containers with me. Now, I gave it 4 stars because I’m not crazy about all the added ingredients in these, and it makes me a little nervous that a lot of the info is in Korean (with translated English on a sticker…) These say specifically that you take these WITHOUT water- so not complaint from me about trying to disolve these in a liquid, its not meant to. The taste isn’t gross- but that is subjective. It tastes more citrus than apple to me, and had stevia as a sweetner. Anyway, I can’t say I’d use these on a daily basis, but as a travel collagen supplement, it does its job.

   It doesn’t take much searching for you to find the benefits of collagen. It does take a little research to find it in a palatable consumption. This one has no flavor. I really expected it to for some reason (maybe it’s the pink on the box?) I poured it in a bottle of water… nothing. I added a packet of ultima and there we go. I shook it up and drank it. It didn’t make my water too thick. I barely registered that it was there.

   Reviewing any type of supplement or personal use/care item is always very subjective. Many times, it can take weeks or months for any benefit or side effects to be noticed. This is my wife’s review of the product. Normally, I like to add my daily collagen to my morning coffee. However, with the EverCollagen and it’s various citrus ingredients, it is not a good taste. Adding it to plain water or taking it dry is fine though. The collagen does not have a smell but it does have a citrus flavor.    I was a collagen skeptic. Since proteins are made from combinations of amino acids, the process of digestion in turn basically unsnaps protein from whatever source into its constituent aminos not unlike unsnapping legos. Those Lego blocks, i.e. amino acids can then be recombined by the body into whatever it needs to build or repair. Logically, then, no taking collagen seemed to be no better than eating a variety of protein sources, many of which are far less expensive to buy and ingest. Some studies seem to indicate that collagen can remain in its combined form and therefore be more effective. The issue then is how to get an essential dosage. These stick packets are indeed easy to transport and keep on the go. The problem is the comparatively tiny quantities each packet offers. So while this seems to be a pure and honest product, I believe an alternate source where you can, say, scoop more into your preferred mixing format, might be more effective both in cost and results.

   I would consider myself a connoisseur of collagen supplements, having tasted and used over a dozen different brands to date. This one is one of the better tasting supplements I have tried. No negative taste during or after consumption. I can’t detect any taste at all from this supplement after adding it to my flavored hot tea with a dash of sugar. It dissolved instantly, which is appreciated. Nothing left in the bottom of the cup. I have not tried it in cold liquid. I don’t do dry powders well and did not try it that way. It will mix with water one way or another, I prefer it in water on the way down. 1000 mg per serving. Made in Korea, distributed out of California.

    It’s nice to have collagen in a form that tastes good. However, I am hesitant to use it in the future because there is no way for me to determine the quality of the product. It came with a sticker pasted over Korean symbols having the English translation and directions for use, but I can’t read or discover anything about the company itself and how they source their ingredients. When I go to the link on the bottom, it takes me to a Korean shopping site. I wouldn’t recommend unless you can read the label and learn more about the quality of ingredients included in this supplement.

    I have been taking collagen every day for the last five years. This collagen has a very low count of 1 GRAM per serving. That is not enough for my daily needs. I do like that it is and the individual size packs and that it mixes well With water. It has an apple taste to it and is sweetened with Stevia. I don’t like all the ingredients that are listed on the label.

    I ordered the NEWTREE EverCollagen Time Low Molecular Fish Marine Collagen Powder Sticks Packets Taking Without Water, Korean Collagen Supplements for Hair, Nails, Skin Health & Beauty, 30 Sticks. This is the canister that looks good, but it is plastic and I wish it was paper and better for the Earth. It has 30 sticks in it that are convenient which you can take alone or put in water which I did. They mixed up fine, and I was initially surprised it had a sweet taste to it. I don’t mind the flavor, but I honestly don’t want additives to make things sweet in anything I take. When I looked at the label, that’s when I realized this wasn’t for me as the amount is incredibly low. When compared to the other one I take, there’s hardly anything in here and it’s mainly additives especially to make things sweet. There are 2 g of sugar in each pouch, corn syrup, stevia, and ethyl maltol. I know there are many people that don’t mind these types of ingredients, but personally if I saw this list I would have chosen something else, so I’ll include the ingredients. Also, a side note, I realized I can no longer take collagen powder in general as it makes me severely bloat no matter what kind I take so my body just can’t do it in general anymore, thank you.
