as of March, 2024, the formula has changed and what was once a delicious protein powder now tastes chalky and is difficult to choke down. I used this product for around 20 years, since back when “NitroFusion” first came out. I am bummed out to have to find something new.

I was so sad when I found out NitroFusion was discontinued,
but later found that they had just changed the name. This is the same exact formula and nutrition, nothing changed except the name and packaging. Completely disolves in water/milk unlike A LOT of other plant based proteins. It is a very fine powder, almost dusty so it doesn’t clump at the bottom of the cup. It will stay very well mixed. It is a fairly sweet flavor but I prefer that to chalky. Added aminos give a nice boost. Love it. I just hope they never discontinue it.

I bought Nitrofusion for years because it was my favorite plant protein. This is the exact same stuff in a different container. My autistic son just discovered protein shakes and this is his favorite as well. As long as they keep making it, I’ll keep buying it

They recently changed the product without notifying the consumer. We bought the original product and received some water down disgusting protein shake. It’s so bad that when you put it in water, it does not dilute. It literally sinks all the way at the bottom like a baby cereal. Before you used to get a good product and used to pay around $75 now you pay $60 for a fourth of what you used to get, so you’re technically paying more for bad quality product. I have been drinking the shake for over six months and have been very happy with it until they changed it to this cheapened product. We will no longer be purchasing from this. This no longer has BCAA or any sorts of vitamins. This is straight, low quality protein. It’s very gritty when you drink it, it gets stuck on your throat…you start to cough because it gets stuck on your throat & it gets stuck at the bottom of your cup like baby cereal. It does not dilute. It is below par product I don’t know who, decided that this was a good idea to cheapen the product by bring down the cost, but the cost is still very expensive for the garbage that you’re getting. I would highly suggest that you do not purchase this product any longer! they did not warn anyone that the product had changed until you received it , so I got my refund and will no longer be purchasing from this brand.

There has definitely been a recent change in formula. Serving size is now greater, resulting in less servings per tub, 67 vs. 75. The powder doesn’t mix as well, leaving your shake a little clumpy at times. However, they did also lower the price, so I suppose it’s a trade off?
