This is a quality product. It tastes good, mixes well, and provides a solid underlying energy for your day. I recommend that you drink it in the morning or while working out (not at night though due to the caffeine). It does not provide quite as much caffeine as other pre-workouts, but with two scoops it will definitely get the job done.
