doesn’t taste great but, it is truly gluten free and I would know if it wasn’t because I am a super sensitive celiac. I am having to make dietary medications due to histamine intolerance issues and needed a supplementary protein source that was low histamine and gluten free– this has been sufficient in times of need to toss in a smoothie quick on the go.

This product has a terrible after taste. I added it to my smoothie I drink daily. It creamed up nicely but not great tasting and I felt bloated and nauseous after drinking it. I wish I hadn’t bought two of them.
